I hope everyone is getting excited about Wild Blue Dog Camp! I can’t wait! This is the first of a series of numbered memos that you will receive each week to help get you & your pup ready for camp. These memos should provide all the information you will need for a truly amazing week. After each memo is emailed, a copy will be posted on our website in a password protected section under the 2026 Camp menu. The password is PUPPYDOG.

The T shirts tend to run a little small, so if you are like me and have a few rolls you would rather discreetly camouflage, then you may want to consider going up 1 size. The women's T shirts also have a Vnk, so if you prefer a crew neck you should choose the men's T shirt and the appropriate size. If we do not hear from you by August 1 we will order the size listed on your application.

Check In for camp will begin at 4:00 at the 4H campground on Sunday, September 13, 2026. You will get a detailed set of check in instructions in a future memo. This is just to give you a general idea.You will be texted the gate code at 4pm at the phone number you put on your application, so please be sure we have a correct cell number for you. If you aren't sure which number you gave us, please email Sophia @ Sofia@wildbluedogs.org.

Do you have copies of your rabies certificate or titers certificate?

• You can email a copy of this to Sofia@wildbluedogs.org now or send a snapshot via text to 818-564-1702. Doing this early gives you one less thing to worry about at the last minute. IF YOU DO NOT SEND THIS IN ADVANCE YOU WILL NEED TO BRING THIS WITH YOU TO CAMP. Please check now so if you can’t find them you will have time to get a new copy from the vet.

• Please send in a photo of you and your dog for the camp directory-please send it to Sofia@wildbluedogs.org. We would like a photo of you & your dog but if you are camera shy, at least send one of your dog. This directory is only for campers to get to know each other & their dogs.
